Guerlain asked Ircam amplify to create a unique immersive sound experience, in-store, as part of a special operation aimed at VIP targets.The main objective of this activation was to sublimate the discovery of 2 iconic Guerlain fragrances, by allowing customers to smell and listen to the 2 fragrances simultaneously. To ‘smell with the nose and with the ears’, using technology and sound to enhance the customer experience.Through a simple device based on 3D sound compatible headphones, coupled with fragrance testing, guests were immersed in a universe where sound enhanced the raw materials of the fragrances and told their story. Transforming a simple fragrance test into a multi-sensory experience and an unparalleled emotional journey, the guests were immersed in a world where sound enhanced the fragrances' raw materials and told their story.
